Depression & anxiety can make us believe that we have to handle everything on our own. We become terrified that if we can’t, it means we’re a failure or simply not good enough. These thoughts are not the reality. Therapy can help you take a deeper look at your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and determine which hold truth.
